I,  (the “Releasor”) or Company Multiple Tokyo Inc.,  grant permission and consent to   (the “Releasee”) for the purchase or use of the following media: Interview transcriptions / recordings, Photographs, Article contents / layouts.  as identified below for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to: exhibition, print, publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content:

Royalties:   The parties agree that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to Releasor or model by reason of such use.

Special Conditions:  Releasee understands and agrees they have no authority to modify or alter the appearance of the model in the digital or printed photographic images of the magazine, through use of Artificial Intelligence or other extreme alterations through post production editing softwares without the express written consent of Releasor and Magazine. 

We, the Releasor and Releasee, understand and agree to the above terms and conditions.
